Conference language

You can participate as an active member (author of paper, lecturer) or a passive member (listener only).

First of all, please pre-register on-line to obtain your personal account. Pre-registration is possible via link "Click here to register" on home page left menu. By paying the conference fee you complete your registration and your pre-registration will convert to final registration.

Papers submission

The submitted article should be in English.
Polish and other languages are exceptionally allowed in workshops and special sessions, if any.
A manuscript should be 10-15 pages long. In special cases we accept longer papers, up to 20 pages. You should use the conference website to submit the paper. The author will have to deliver an electronic version of the manuscript in a form described in the template that can be downloaded from the conference website. In review case the paper could be sent in PDF file as a draft. Materials in paper form, other forms or unformatted according to the template rules will not be accepted. Any correspondence related to submission issues and participation in the conference should be made by personal web account or official e-mail address (

In order to perform double blind reviews please submit an anonymised paper. Authors' names and their affiliation should be removed from paper pdf. The Authors' names have to be presented only after the review process is complete.

The organizers will acknowledge each article that comes in. The list of accepted articles and detailed terms of theirs presentations will be given in consecutive messages as well as on the conference website. Information about current status is accessible after logging in to the conference website with individual account.

The papers are double blind reviewed by the members of the Program Committee. Information about reviewers is anonymous to the authors. Conditions of paper acceptance into publication are derived from positive final review and paying the conference fee. Positive final review is given only when at least three reviews are positive and the total of points obtained during reviews is at least on the acceptance level. When reviews are contradictory, i.e. the first one is at variance with the second and third, the fourth reviewer is appointed. For details look at the 'guidance for reviewer' document. Additionally, we have super-reviewers from IEEE and iNEER due to the technical patronage.
The acceptance rate for this edition is below 50% (the review points limit approx. 9/15).

The grades are as follows:
Pts Grade Description
5 Excellent It is an Outstanding Work
4 Very Good Strong Suggestion of Acceptation
3 Good Postulate to Accept
2 Average Weak Suggestion of Acceptation
1 Poor Weak Suggestion of Rejection
0 Very Poor Strong Postulate of Rejection

The review sequence is as follows:
(where: A: authors, R: reviewers, O: organizers, E: editors)
A: First submission->R: making reviews->R: reviewers’ opinions & requests->A: creating a corrected version->A: resubmission->R: re-reviews->R: final opinions->O: decision based on opinions->A: camera ready file with all paper sources
Only TWO iterations of type A->R are allowed for given paper.

After this, the first part of typesetting process is starting (in Poland, March, April):
E: typesetting->E: editorial corrections, comments & request->A: corrections and answers

After this the second part of typesetting process is starting (in Germany and India, April, May):
E: typesetting->E: editorial corrections, comments & request->A: corrections and answers->E: final typesetting
